After a near five-year run, Celine Dion’s Sin City gem “A New Day…” will shine for the last time Dec. 15, 2007.

Gracing the stage and the Strip with her magic, music, and powerhouse presence for close to five years, Celine Dion made performing in “A New Day…” night after night look easy, but Dion’s hardest performances and most emotional final bows in Las Vegas lie just ahead.

Starting Nov. 29–Dec. 15, 2007,
Celine Dion will tackle her last 13 performances inside the custom-built, 4,000-seat Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Celine Dion will no longer share the stage with an international cast of performers, dancers, and musicians who have helped Celine Dion dazzle as the ultimate all-around performer.

Since March 2003, Dion’s “A New Day…” has never failed to draw a sold-out capacity crowd. Nearly five years and over three-million spectators later, Dion has delivered upwards of 700 live shows and has solidified “A New Day…” as the nation’s number one show with an estimated gross approaching $400 million.

However, fans who have seen “A New Day…” in the past haven’t seen it all. In the show’s fifth and final year of production,
Celine Dion has pulled out all the stops with new tweaks, new costumes, and new additions to the song list, including “A New Day Has Come” and a rousing rendition of Ike and Tina Turner’s “River Deep, Mountain High.”

Celine Dion also performs a catalogue of her greatest hits, power ballads, and fan favorites such as “The Power of Love,” “It’s All Coming Back to Me,” “Because You Loved Me,” “I Drove All Night,” and “My Heart Will Go On,” along with fresh takes on classic songs as you’ve never heard them before.

“A New Day…” – created by Cirque du Soleil “O” mastermind Franco Dragone – is a unique visual and musical feast for all and has set the bar for Las Vegas shows to come thanks to such an elegant yet dynamic combination of state-of-the-art technology, theater, song, dance, and – most of all – passion.

After
Celine Dion bids a fond farewell to the Vegas glitz and glamour during her Dec. 15th finale, singer, actress, and Broadway alum Bette Midler will move into the Colosseum, following “A New Day…” with a wildly imaginative Sin City spectacular of her own starting in February 2008.

By the time Midler’s show opens up in Caesars Palace Colosseum,
Celine Dion will have already embarked on her next endeavor – a year-long, 85-city world tour in support of her latest release “Taking Chances.” The tour, scheduled to kick off Feb. 14, 2008 in South Africa, returns for a North American run in Aug. 2008.

In what should be an unforgettable farewell and a memorable final 13 performances for the French-Canadian songstress and now-Las Vegas legend,
Celine Dion, “A New Day…” – Sin City’s brightest gem – will shine for the last time EVER, so reserve Celine Dion tickets from OnlineTickets.com today!
