The stage version of the famous C.S. Lewis novel The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe will transport its audience back to war-torn London in the 1940s. Accompany the Pevensie children as they seek safe harbor from the Blitzkrieg bombings with Professor Kirke in the English countryside. When the children arrive at Professor Kirke’s home, the youngest Pevensie child, Lucy, discovers the hidden world of Narnia inside a Wardrobe closet.

The older children Peter, Susan and Edmund do not believe Lucy until they are brought to Narnia. Along the way, the Pevensie children meet talking woodland creates including Mr. and Mrs. Beaver who tell the children about the evil White Witch keeping Narnia in perpetual winter, never reaching Christmas. Edmund falls under the White Witch’s spell after being offered Turkish Delight candy.

The other children must go in search of the lion Aslan, the true King of Narnia, in order to defeat the evil White Witch. Along the way on the Pevensie children are met by Father Christmas, who grants Peter, Susan and Lucy special gifts that will help them to defeat the White Witch. When Aslan approaches Narnia, the winter begins to thaw, infuriating the White Witch. A difficult battle over good and evil ensues. Can Edmund be saved from the White Witch?
