The veteran Arizona Diamondbacks are the defending NL West champs but are in a tight race with the experienced Los Angeles Dodgers, the young guns of the Colorado Rockies, and the always dangerous San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres. Much like the NL East, the NL West will be decided by only a few games or at most a key series.
