Forrest Griffin: As one of the top-ranked light heavyweights in the world, Forrest Griffin has tallied a 15-7 record thanks to a seamless blend of boxing and Jiu-Jitsu styles. Griffin was the winner of the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, which spawned the beginning of Griffin’s UFC career.
Joe “Daddy” Stevenson: The winner of The Ultimate Fighter 2, the lightweight Stevenson uses a combination of Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling to overcome opponents. With a record of 28-8, Stevenson brings both youth and experience to the Octagon.
Gleison Tibau: The Brazilian lightweight boasts a 27-4 record and an impressive submission attack. A former State Champion of Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling in Rio de Janeiro, Tibau’s strength is his ground attack.
Frank Mir: Former UFC Heavyweight Champion with a background in Kenpo, Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. Mir’s varied arsenal of submissions has led to his 11-3 record. His most recent victory came via submission over Brock Lesnar at UFC 81.
Justin McCully: “The Insane 1” is a heavyweight that ties his 6’2 and 240-pound frame with a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With over 11 years in mixed martial arts, McCully has built an 8-3-2 record in fights all over the world
Melvin Guillard: The lightweight “Young Assassin” is a former competitor from The Ultimate Fighter 2 and was a standout amateur wrestler in high school and college. A superb natural athlete with powerful kicks and a devastating ground game, Guillard has earned a 39-8-3 combined MMA record.
Dennis Silver: One of Europe’s best fighters, the German lightweight has compiled an 11-5 record in MMA. Silver’s kickboxing background gives him a variety of strikes and combinations to beat down his opponents, but he also has strong submission and takedown ability.
