Rangers Ballpark in Arlington

Details

Construction for the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington began on April 2, 1992, and almost two years later, on April 1, 1994, the two-year project was concluded. An exhibition baseball game between the Texas Rangers and the New York Mets inaugurated the 49,115 fan capacity seat open-air ballpark. The cost of the entire complex, museums, ballpark, and more was approximately $191 million.

Rangers Ballpark angled all 49,200 seats toward home plate to ensure clear, intimate views of all the action. Before you grab a seat, make sure to stop by one of Rangers Ballpark’s 100-plus concession stands or restaurants inside in the park and enjoy some of the best Tex-Mex food you can find in town. BBQ, catfish, hot dogs, smoked turkey legs, and other ballpark favorites can also be found; just make sure you are back in your seat before the game starts!

Located just between the Fort Worth and Dallas, getting to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is a breeze. Parking is very accessible at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington and its complex. The easiest way to get there is through Interstate 30, which is adjacent to the north side of the site.
