Soldier Field II is still the same Soldier Field that first opened in 1924 – a stadium rich in history and NFL tradition – but with a more sleek, modern twist. Home of the NFL Chicago Bears, Soldier Field Stadium reopened in 2003, boasting the historic colonnades and a 250-foot granite-wall sculpture serving as a memorial to those who served in the armed forces. The modern magic unfolds inside Soldier Field Stadium: the stadium gleams with improved seating for approximately 66,000 patrons, superior sightlines, larger and more comfortable luxury suites and club seats, and wider concourses. With plenty of neighboring parking lots and garages, guests can easily make their way into the stadium, grab a snack, a drink, or a meal from any of the 400-plus concession stands, and settle in their seats before the coin is tossed. While changes have been made, Soldier Field’s glorious past and rich NFL tradition live on in Soldier Field Stadium.
